For a lover of painting as myself, there is nothing as difficult as reach others to see the love of your life.

My soul looks for matter, baroque, the earth. Warm pigments and materials. Otherwise, I would like to reach a colder work, more “plastic”, more synthetic, and more minimalist. And that is my work: a constant fighting between those two worlds, as my life is.

It is the only white, full of shades, full of light. It is white of transcendent, white of eternity. It is everybody’s white but above all one’s white. It is white of love and truth.

Creators do without the tangible matter in the moment in which their search goes beyond the immediate thing, to get lost in the depths of the memory.

I cannot resign myself to what my soul teaches me. I need to take out what it conceals. A confession: painting takes me a lot of hard work, but in my case, it is a need.
